From a very reliable source when I came to know about BLJ Bangladesh Co. Ltd that it does social business I was curious and very keen to know about the organization more. I was lucky enough when I called for an interview and selected and my journey started with an organization who works for vulnerable group of the society by creating employment opportunity. BLJ always keep the door open for those people who are really on a situation to get a job just to meet his/her basic needs or even just to manage three meals in day. BLJ management always focuses on the necessity to get a job during recruitment. This is Md. Shorifuzzaman Shorif, from south-western part of the country Satkhira-Khulna. I am the only son of my parents and have three sisters. I did my graduation on B.Sc. In Leather Engineering from Khulna University of Engineering and technology (KUET) and joined BLJ family on October, 2015. Upon completion of my graduation I was looking for a job and I was fortunate that I got it in BLJ. Before coming here I did not have that much idea of social business but in BLJ I did learn how to help poor/helpless people even when you are doing job. I must say it is a job where you will find self satisfaction by working with the poor people of the society and at the same time building a prestigious and respectable career.
